Regardless of your subscription plan, we provide unlimited support via chat or email. You will also have access to our how-to guides, tutorials, and articles for more self-guided instructions.

*For people who are on a free trial of 14 days, we provide free access to our self-help tutorials and articles along those days.

1. Guides & Tutorials

We maintain comprehensive guides and tutorials with a chock-full of helpful information with how-to articles and support content that can keep you moving forward without any wait. To access these, follow either of these steps from your logged-in StarAgent account:

  • Click on the ‘?’ (Question Mark) icon next to the main 'Search' bar on the top of your screen.

  • Scroll to the bottom of your logged-in screen, click on the 'Messenger' icon present at the bottom right corner, and type in a keyword to search for related articles in the 'Search Box'.

? Tip: If you couldn’t find the right article you’re looking for, in the list of resources obtained from the search, click on ‘See More Results’.

2. Live Chat

To open a live chat with our dedicated support team, scroll down to the bottom of your logged-in screen, click the 'Messenger' icon at the bottom right corner and select ‘send us a message’. You can choose to have a chat anytime, any day!

3. Submit Support Tickets

If you couldn’t find a support guide or tutorial on a particular topic and don’t want to communicate with our agents in real-time, then just fill out this online form, upload images (if any), press submit - and voila! We’ll get back to you soon.
