While most discussions in StarAgent happen in #general channels, Direct Messages (DMs) work well for personal one-on-one conversations between any two members of the agency. DMs can only be accessed by the people participating in the chat.


Send Direct Messages


  • Click on ‘Team Chat’ on your left sidebar.


  • Click on the '+' icon near to ‘Direct’.


  • From the pop-up window, search for and select the person who you want to open your personal DM.


  • Type in the message in the message box, and hit 'Send'.



✍ NB: On your left sidebar, you will have all the recent DMs listed below 'Direct messages'. You may just click on the needed DM to view the chat whenever required.
