When sharing talent portfolios with your clients, it's best to add a demo reel or any video samples of the talent's work in your submission. Upload short videos from your computer, phone, or tablet, to talent profiles and share them with clients effortlessly with just a few clicks, anytime.



Uploading A Video


  • Click on 'Talent' in the left sidebar.


  • The page will refresh, and you will be taken to the Talents page.


  • Navigate to the required talent profile, and click on ‘Videos’.


  • On the next page, click on the ‘Choose File’ button and select the video file you wish to upload.


✍ NB: While choosing a file to upload, be sure that it is in MP4 format. If not, please convert your video file to MP4 before uploading.


  • Once you have made your selection, add an appropriate ‘Title’ for the video to appear on the talent profile.


  • Click on ‘Insert’.


✍ NB: Once you click ‘Insert’ please stay on the page and wait until the file is completely uploaded.


Manage Uploaded Videos


  • Go into the talent profile for the talent whose videos need to be viewed/managed, and click on 'Videos'.



  • Scroll to the bottom to view all uploaded videos, delete any video which is no longer needed, set the videos as 'Primary' (green circle with white tick), and change the video status to 'Active' (green circle) or 'Inactive' (red circle).


Tips: 

  • Set the main video as ‘Primary’, so that this will be initially viewed from the series of videos on the talent profile.
  • Set the video status to ‘Active’ for it to appear in the talent’s portfolio sent to clients.
  • Set the video status to ‘Inactive’ to hide the video from the talent’s portfolio showcased to clients.
