Use The Help Centre


StarAgent's Help Centre is chock-full of helpful information with how-to articles, and support content that can make it possible for you to self-guide and keep moving forward. To access these comprehensive tutorials from your account, follow either of these steps.



  • Click on the ❔ (Question Mark) icon next to the main 'Search' bar on the top of the StarAgent screen.


  • Scroll to the bottom of your logged-in screen, click on the 'Messenger' icon present at the bottom right corner, and type in a keyword to search for related articles in the 'Search Box'.


Tip: From the list of articles and tutorials obtained from the search, you may select the needed one. If you didn't find the right one that you’re looking for, click on ‘See More Results’ to view the entire resources available for you.
