When you first log into StarAgent, you'll find yourself with a dashboard. This will be a collection of different panels, which will help you get a quick glance at the information you might need in the day-to-day running of your agency. Read on to learn all about the panels on the dashboard and their uses.

Features Of StarAgent Dashboard

Accessing the right information in less time is the key to working productively. You can use the search field at the top of the dashboard to search for particular clients, projects, or talents that you need to get your work done.

NB: On searching, you'll get a list of results that exactly match your search terms and close matches (if there are any). For instance, if you search for the word ‘Fashion’, you may get results that include ‘Fashion Show’ or ‘Fashion Shoot’.

The Shortcuts

This panel includes a lot of shortcuts that you can use to move around StarAgent faster, and take actions quickly with minimal effort.

NB: +’ (Plus) icon is present in the top right corner of your dashboard screen.

The Statistics Panel

Hovering your mouse over these tabs will give you a quick overview of the total number of Clients, Projects, and Talents saved by your team members, the number of agents who work in your agency, and the number of Invoices sent through StarAgent.

Tip: You can click on a statistics tab if you want to visit the concerned page. For instance, you will be taken to the 'Projects' page where you'll see a list of all the created projects, on clicking the 'Total Projects' tab.

Graphs & Charts

Visualise your data with different graphs and charts on project statistics, invoiced amounts, and client details. These real-time data will always be up to date, so the work of manually gathering all the pieces of data is no longer a painful ordeal!

  • Projects Overview: This will show you the percentage of the projects that are currently open (projects that are being actively worked on and is due for completion anytime in future), pending (an active project whose start date hasn't arrived yet), and closed (projects that no longer need the attention of agency members).

  • Invoiced Amount: This will get you an idea of the billable amounts for different periods.

  • New Projects And Clients: Analyse the sustainability in the number of active clients and projects of your agency with respect to the previous months.

Recently Added

  • Recently Added Project: Here, you will see a list of all the projects your agency members have added recently. Clicking on a project will get you an expanded view of that particular project. You can also choose to manage and export talent data by clicking on the ‘Manage Talent’ and ‘Export Talent Data’ tabs, respectively.

  • Recently Added Talent: This will be helpful to view all the newly added talents. Tap a talent icon to view the details about that particular talent. You can also set the status of the talent to active (if he is currently available to engage in work) or inactive (if he is currently unavailable) from here.

Upcoming Tasks/Events

Under this, you can view a list of all the jobs/tasks/events that are coming up. You can see the type and details of the job.

The Calendar

You will have two different calendar views in StarAgent:

1. User Calendar: This calendar will help you to store and manage the details of all the upcoming meetings, deadlines, and events in a centralised location that your entire team can access. You can also choose to get automatic alerts (for yourself and your team) about the projects and pending or upcoming tasks.

2. Talents Calendar: This calendar will help you to save and view everything related to your talent bookings, and castings. All the information your team enters on this calendar will be readily available to the concerned talent instantly on the StarAgent mobile app.

Chat

You can use the 'Speech Bubble' icon in the top right corner of the dashboard to start communicating with your team in real-time.

For team conversation, you can make use of different channels, and for ad-hoc discussions, you can make use of the Direct Messages option.
