StarAgent entirely runs in the cloud, which means it is accessible from any location where you are. All you need is a modern web browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari and a stable internet connection to use it. There is no need to install any software.
Log In To StarAgent
- From your browser, enter your StarAgent URL, and hit ‘Enter’.
✍ NB: If you are not sure as to what the exact URL is for your agency portal, please use this template: https://agencyname.staragent.co/. Replace ‘agencyname’ with the name of your agency. |
- Type in your username and password.
- Click ‘Login Now’.
Forgot Password?
- Click the ‘Forgot password?’ hyperlink (under the login form).
- Enter your username and the email address linked with your StarAgent account.
- You will receive a reset link right away to your email.
Not Receiving Emails?
Double-check your email address. If you have multiple addresses, ensure that you’re using the right one. Remember to check your spam folder as well. If emails from StarAgent aren’t found in your inbox or spam folder, or links in your emails are expiring, drop us a mail to support@staragent.co or hello@staragent.co.
