In StarAgent, your display name will be the exact name (with the same space and capitalisation) that you entered when you created your account. You can choose to edit this name to make it either your full name/first name/a nickname, whenever needed.



Change Your Display Name

  • Go to Settings >> Agency Members.


  • This will take you to the Agency Members page, where all the existing users are listed.


  • Navigate to your profile and click on the 'Edit' option on the profile.


  • Below the 'Name' field, enter your preferred display name, and tap 'Submit’.


✍ NB: StarAgent only allows names typed in English to avoid confusions in the workspace.
