The email address that you use to create an account in StarAgent is where we will send all updates and password reset emails, so you must keep it up to date. Read this guide to learn how you can change your email address, any time.

Update Your Email Address

Go to Settings >> Agency Members.

This will take you to the Agency Members page, where all the existing users are listed.

Navigate to your profile and click on the 'Edit' option on the profile.

Next to ‘Email ID’, enter your current email address. Double-check that you have spelt it correctly, and tap 'Submit'.

✍ NB: You can use the same email address to create multiple accounts, but the usernames for each account has to be different.
