An accurate and up-to-date contact number is an important step you can take toward improving the collaboration with your team. Keep reading this guide to learn how you can change your mobile phone number in StarAgent at any time.

Update Your Phone Number

Go to Settings >> Agency Members.

This will take you to the Agency Members page, where all the existing users are listed.

Navigate to your profile and click on the 'Edit' option on the profile.

Next to ‘Mobile No.’, enter your current contact number, and tap 'Submit'.

☎️ NB: Make sure to keep your phone number in the ‘country code, followed by phone number’ format. (For example, if you are in the United States, you'd enter +1 408 XXX XXXX.)
