If you  forget your password, you can request to reset your password. If you’re already logged into your StarAgent account, you can change your password from your ‘Settings’.

NB: Once you reset or change your password, you'll need to log in to StarAgent with the new password on all of your devices.

Change Your Password

  • From your logged in screen, click your profile picture on StarAgent in the top right-hand corner.

  • This will open your profile on the right side of your screen.

  • Click the ‘Settings’ icon.

  • Enter your current password, and then a new password, and click ‘Submit’ to finish.

✨ Password Guidelines: To ensure better security, always choose passwords with at least six characters long, which includes both alphabets and numerals. For security reasons, StarAgent won't allow you to reuse your previous password.

Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your current password, you can reset the password either yourself or with the help of your agency administrator.

1. Reset Password Yourself

  • From the StarAgent login page, click on ‘FORGOT PASSWORD?’.

  • On the next page, enter your username and the email address, and click on ‘Submit’. Make sure that it's the one that is linked with your StarAgent account.

  • Check your email inbox for a new message from StarAgent.

  • In the password-reset email, tap on ‘CLICK HERE’ hyperlink. Enter your new password, and then select ‘Submit’.

NB: It may take up to a few minutes for you to receive the password reset messages. If you have problems receiving the emails this way, the next step is likely to get help from your agency administrator.

2. Reset Password Via Agency Admin

Connect with your agency admin and verify if the email address you have associated with your account is up to date. If not, request him to change it with an email address where you want to receive the password reset email and initiate the password reset process.

  • Check your email inbox. StarAgent will immediately send a message to your account's email address.

  • Tap on ‘CLICK HERE’ hyperlink in that email and choose a new password.

Followed the steps above, but haven't yet got a password reset email? Please go ahead and check all folders and spam filters in your inbox. Still can't find it?  Drop us a line.
