Forgetting a password: This might happen for anyone!
But don’t give up - you can quickly reset your StarAgent password by visiting your StarAgent login page (e.g. https://youragency.staragent.co/) and clicking on the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD?’ hyperlink (under the login form).
The page will soon refresh and prompt you to type in your username and the email address linked with your StarAgent account.
✍ NB: To reset your password this way, you need to have access to the email address that is associated with your StarAgent account. In case you've lost access to this email address, your best bet is to contact your agency administrator to update the email address associated with your account. |
Once you have typed in your username and email address and pressed ‘SUBMIT’, you will receive a password reset link to your email.
In this, tap on ‘ CLICK HERE’ hyperlink. Enter your new password twice, and then select ‘SUBMIT’.
✨ Password Guidelines: To ensure better security, always choose passwords with at least six characters long, which includes both alphabets and numerals. For security reasons, StarAgent won't allow you to reuse your previous password. |
And now your password is changed, and you are good to go! You can log in again with the new password whenever you want.
