Once your agency has enabled the login for a talent to use StarAgent Mobile/Web Portal, he will receive an email with the password required to login to the StarAgent mobile app and web portal, as well as the links to download the mobile app and access the Talent Portal.



✍️ NB: Make sure to inform your talent that there will be a single password to sign in to both the app and portal.



Login To Mobile App

Following this, you may ask the talent to download the app from either Google Playstore (if he is using Android) or Apple Store (if he is using iPhone or iPad), and sign in to it, with the following credentials:




  • Email – The talent’s email address, to which he/she received the login credentials.
  • Password – The password sent to him/her.


Login To Talent Portal

  • Guide your talent to click on the link received to his email to open the Talent Portal's login page.



  • Once signed into the Talent Portal with the registered email ID and received password, he will be able to view and update his details and upload his new images and videos for your agency to use.
