Owners/admins of a workspace in StarAgent can make subscription changes whenever they wish. Here are FIVE options available for that:
1️⃣ Upgrade from a Free trial version to the Solo, Standard or Premium subscriptions
2️⃣ Upgrade from the Solo subscription to the Standard or Premium subscriptions
3️⃣ Upgrade from the Standard subscription to the Premium subscription
4️⃣ Downgrade from the Premium subscription to the Standard or Solo subscriptions
5️⃣ Downgrade from the Standard subscription to the Solo subscription
✍️ NB: If you're currently billed monthly, you may choose to change your plan to billed annually, and vice versa, whenever you wish. |
Upgrade Or Downgrade Your Subscriptions
- From your logged-in screen, click on ‘Settings’ in the sidebar.
- Select 'Subscription'.
- Under 'Manage Your Subscription', you can see your current plan details.
- If you wish to change the plan, click on 'Contact Support'. Our customer support agent will be available shortly to assist you.
