Any event or job that is entered into the ‘Talents Calendar’ is referred to as Booking. However, to view and update a Booking, you don’t need to go back to the ‘Talents Calendar’ and search for the saved Booking; instead, go to the ‘Bookings’ tab in the left sidebar to quickly access it.
There, you’ll find a lot of features, which we’ll discuss in detail over here.
1. Talent Status
StarAgent uses the concept of ‘Talent Status’ to indicate, at which of these stages a booking is for the assigned talent - Upcoming, Completed, or Incomplete.
- Upcoming – The talent has not finished the schedule, and the booking date is yet to arrive.
- Completed – The talent has finished the schedule as part of a billable job.
- Incomplete – The talent has not finished the schedule, and the booking date is over.

To edit the 'Talent Status' associated with any Bookings:
- Tap on the current 'Talent Status.'
- Select the required status from the drop-down list.
- Scroll down to the bottom and hit 'Update Status'.
2. Bookings View
- Click on the 'Eye' icon next to a Booking to view the details of that specific Booking.
- In the pop-up window, make the required editing, and hit 'Update'.
3. Book from Calendar
The 'Book from Calendar' tab at the top right will take you to the ‘Talents Calendar’ where you will be able to create a new booking.
On the calendar, you will have to click on the date when the booking has to be made, fill out the details in the pop-up window, and hit 'Create Booking'.
